Havelars in Brandenburg: New clubhouse in sight!
Brandenburg an der Havel. The traditional carnival club KCH is about to take on a new club home that is to be obtained after the current season. This message could lead the fools into a more relaxed season after they were faced with the challenge of losing their previous home.
treasurer Thomas Barz (CDU) reacted quickly after the MAZ reported that the KCH would be homeless from April 1, 2024. "We offered three objects," said Barz, who is also responsible for the GLM urban property. The previous rental agreement in the Brandenburg Businespark has been terminated because the partner Frank Westphal prefers to use the rooms.
A new location for the fools
The KCH could soon move into a former service complex on the corner of Gördenallee and Wiener Strasse. Almost 600 square meters are available here, which offers the fools more space for their activities. "We need some space," emphasizes KCH Vice President Matthias Pichelbauer. In addition, a long -term inheritance contract of 60 years could be agreed that offers the fools security.
But there are also challenges: The favorite object has some defects, including leaks in the roof. The city could participate in the repair costs to obtain its property. Until March 31, the Havel rars have time to clear their current headquarters before the season ends with the traditional men's ballet tournament on March 15th. An exciting chapter for the fools is imminent!
