A dramatic scenario came to life at the Werder train station on the Havel: over 100 emergency services and around 70 extras faced the challenge of a simulated train accident with several injuries and a fire. The deputy mayor Christian Große said that the goal of this large -scale exercise is to test and optimize the interaction of the various rescue workers.

Intenzívna príprava na núdzovú situáciu

V cvičebnej simulácii išiel vlak do brzdového bloku hlavy. Numerous organizations, including the Federal Police, the emergency services and the medical service of the Potsdam-Mittelmark district, and the volunteer fire brigades of the city of Havel and the district service of the district took part in the exercise. Despite the intensive activities, train traffic remained undisturbed, since the exercise took place on a special track and only one section of the train station was closed.

Mesto Werder za posledných deväť mesiacov starostlivo plánovalo „ostré cvičenie“. O detailoch, vďaka ktorým bolo cvičenie obzvlášť realistické, bol informovaný iba malý kruh.
