Rüdenau has a new first mayor: Christof Farrenkopf sworn!

Christof Farrenkopf was sworn in in an extraordinary municipal council meeting on Tuesday as the first mayor of Rüdenau. Next to him, Udo Käsmann, as the second mayor and Christian Finn, were introduced to their positions as the third mayor. With the swearing -in of Thomas Laut and Joachim Höflein, the municipal council is fully occupied again as a new mandate. Of the originally eight members elected in 2020, only three are left in office.

Christof Farrenkopf was elected first mayor on December 1 of last year. Anja Mühlig, the oldest member of the local council, took over the swearing -in. It was also stated that Christof Farrenkopf lost his municipal council. Josef Knerr, intended as a successor, rejected volunteering while Thomas loudly accepted it. Ferdinand Pfister announced his waiver of the office of second mayor and member of the municipal council in mid -December, followed by Joachim Höflein.
