Innovative tiltster: Neukölln fights against cigarette butts!

In the popular Neuköllner Kiezgarten at Donaustraße 8, an innovative project will be launched on Wednesday, December 18: a tiltster, a ashtray with a unique voting function. This invention is intended to encourage smokers not to simply throw their cigarette butts on the floor, but to dispose of them properly.
