New Hainwerk in Friedrichshain: Sustainable vision for the future!

Warschauer Straße, 10245 Berlin, Deutschland - On the former "Party Rewe" site on Warsawer Strasse in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, an exciting new construction project is being built: the "Hainwerk". Here a sustainable mixed-use property is built that combines office, living and retail areas. The area is said to be completely redesigned by 2027 and a modern face. The plans promise an attractive mix of urban life and environmentally friendly design.

The construction project is realized by the project developer Hamburg Team in cooperation with the private real estate fund manager Henderson Park. Three striking buildings with a total of around 29,000 square meters of floor space are planned. The division stipulates that 65 percent of the area are dedicated to offices, 20 percent apartments and 15 percent commercial space. A clear step towards a lively and functional neighborhood!

Particular attention is paid to the environmentally friendly construction. CO₂-reduced wood hybrid constructions and recycling materials are used here. In addition, an innovative heat supply is implemented based on geothermal probes, air heat pumps and photovoltaic systems. The dark green facade of the complex will in future shape the cityscape and have cascading gardens and a "green promenade". An impressive roof terrace with 900 square meters will round off the whole and offer a unique view of the city.
