Berlin is one of the most expensive cities in Germany, and the constant increase in rents is alarming! According to the Federal Statistical Office, the rental price index reached a new high of 107.6 points in July 2024 - an increase of 7.6 % since 2020. In other major cities such as Frankfurt am Main and Munich, prices also attract with increases of 5.95 % and 1.72 % compared to the previous year.
