Montevideo, Uruguay - Negotiations on the EU Mercosur free trade agreement may be about to be completed. According to a report by the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung could already be signed in the next few days. Mercosur summit in Montevideo (Uruguay) on December 7th.
