The march begins at 4.30 p.m. on the memorial stone for the murdered Foreign Minister Walther Rathenau, located on the corner of Erdener Straße/Koenigsallee. The participants will then make their way to track 17 of the Grunewald train station, where many Jewish citizens were sent to their death during the Nazi era.
The memorial event ends at 5 p.m. with a rally at track 17, which is accompanied by district mayor Kirstin Bauch, district councilor Detlef Wagner and district councilor Arne Herz. All interested parties are cordially invited to take part in this moving event. It is recommended to bring a candle with you that can be parked at the memorial to commemorate the victims and to send a message of the memory.
