On Friday, a shocking trial against a 35-year-old man begins at the Klagenfurt regional court who is accused of sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl at the time. According to the indictment, he should have lured the minor relatives to him last summer. On a couch, attacks are said to have occurred, which only became obvious due to the noticeable psychological stress of the girl. The incident became known after the girl began to scratch herself and her family stopped contact with the accused. "She has thoughts of suicide," her father reported in court. The girl stated: "He started touching me and began to undress." Despite his guilt consciousness, the defendant did not guilty and questioned the sincerity of the allegations, since he only admitted to having sent intimate photos to the girl via the Snapchat app. As reported, the accused was ultimately guilty and received a judgment of 6,000 euros in prison.

Investigations in the Sabine

In the case of 13-year-old Sabine, who was brutally murdered in 1993, the last details are now blanked before the Würzburg Regional Court. The now 48-year-old defendant is accused of having lured the girl to a riding stable out of sexual motifs and choked it to death there. While the public prosecutor is convinced of a murder and a juvenile sentence of nine years is demanding, the defense argues that there is no clear proof: "Maybe he was there, but I have my doubts as to whether he must be the perpetrator," said the defender's lawyer.
