Voluntary cards in danger: How to extend in time!

(RA) As part of the "Meeting point volunteer" at the Straubing-Bogen district office, numerous applications are currently being processed for the coveted volunteer cards. In the near future, many of the blue volunteer cards will lose their validity. These cards are an important document for volunteers who continue to actively work and thus extend their card by another four years.

From 2023, there is the gratifying opportunity to submit the application digitally. This makes the process considerably easier and makes it easier to apply for a new card. When applying, the volunteers can choose between a physical map, a digital version or even a combination of both variants. This flexibility is particularly useful to meet the different needs of the volunteers.

For all subsequent applications that are entered into the Straubing-Bogen District Office by the end of October 2023, it is ensured that the new volunteer cards will be sent by post or email at the latest. In this way, the volunteers remain in possession of a valid card and can pursue their important work without interruption.
