Autumn meeting of the SJR: Together for more happiness and opportunities for young people!
As part of the autumn meeting of the city youth ring (SJR) in the Casa diversity, which was characterized by a festive atmosphere, the present expressed both joy and concern. The chair of the district youth ring, Jennifer Wolpensinger, clearly demanded that the state association urgently need several million euros more to meet the requirements of youth work. "Together we will make it," emphasized SJR chairman Luca Häusler and appealed to the solidarity of everyone involved.

Democratic budget and its effects
A topic was particularly emphasized during the meeting: the democratic budget. Christoph Simon, who also congratulated the 75th anniversary of the SJR, said that investments in youth work could save real follow-up costs in the long term. This financial support is used to create creative-artistic projects that encourage young people to deal with democratic values.

The post of Katharina von Wedel, who was involved in the Evangelical Dean of Dean of Dean of Dean, remains vacant until the next general assembly. The auditors are Thomas Hübner, Thomas Klopf and Martin Bätz. Social officer Jürgen Montag, the city councils Stefanie Stockinger-von Lackum, Barbara Mantel and new to Johannes Petersen, were also elected as liaison.
Overall, the assembly shows how important it is to find creative solutions for the challenges in youth work. The democracy budget has turned out to be an effective means to actively involve young people in society and to strengthen the awareness of democratic processes.
