Magical theater adventure: Die Kleine Witch in Kirchdorf!

A magical spectacle is imminent! The association "Theater am Inn" - Thami for short - invites all small and large theater fans to an unforgettable experience. On November 23 and 24, November 30th and December 1st, the children's play "Die Kleine Hexe" will be performed in the schoolaula in Kirchdorf. The performances start at 2 p.m. Based on the popular children's book by Otfried Preußler, the story tells of a small witch who absolutely wants to be one of the big witches. But she has to pass a tricky witch test! Will she be able to impress the big witches?

This year, the only 16-year-old Sebastian Nieler takes over the direction and brings a breath of fresh air to the staging. With a lot of creativity and commitment, he heads the young ensemble, which can not only prove itself on the stage, but also behind the scenes. Magdalena Niebler and Dana Unterbuchberger are the creative minds behind the mask and ensure that the stage is transformed into a magical empire. "Our youth group has grown in recent years and we wanted to involve the older members more in the organization," explains Charlotte Leguay, who is responsible for the costumes.

Philipp Geitner, the 1st chairman of the association, is happy about the “reliable place” in Kirchdorf, which gives the team the opportunity to develop further. Together with Sebastian Nieler, he designed the stage design and ensures that everything runs smoothly. "The project brings new challenges, but I am very proud of the entire group," emphasizes Bärbel Geitner, who is responsible for the props.

The advance booking for "The Little Hexe" has been running since November 1st. Tickets are available for eleven euros for adults and eight euros for children, either online via the website of the theater club www.thami.de or personally every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the school hall in Kirchdorf.
