An exciting evening in the Siber Weinhaus! The Schwenningen water creators started the new carnival season with a brilliant start. Under the thrilling rhythm of the Gugge "Give everything" and her charismatic chief Jannick Reif, the mood was brought to a boil. Guild master Verena Horn called "water" three times, and the fools did not miss the opportunity to answer "Creator" loudly. An unforgettable moment that only increases the anticipation for the coming season!

The fool's club can proudly look at 162 active members and 118 sponsors, despite the departure of three members last year. The meeting was a complete success, and Mayor Ewald Hoffmann, who visited his first general meeting as a mayor, praised the great participation. He humorously reminded of the times when the water had to be laboriously transported to the Heuberg and caused a joke over pipe breaks for warm laughs in the audience. "I'm looking forward to a long and interesting Fasnet," says Hoffmann.

A highlight of the evening was the choice of the new guild master: Florian Scheuble, previously active member of the Gugge, takes over the highest office by the emotional Verena Horn, which was adopted with a lot of applause and a touching gift. "She was a fire and flame for our club," praised fool's councilor Claudia Roth, praising the outgoing guild master. In addition, long -standing members were honored: Jutta Bosch received the golden water creator order, while Georg Steidle, Steffen Reiser and Christine Kleiner received the silver medal. The bronze awards went to Vanessa Alber and Christine Siber.

The discussion about the opening of the Heuberghalle on Rose Monday caused a lot of debates among the fools. It also remains an issue for the fool's council whether the fool's house next to the town hall can continue to be used. After all the exciting elections and honors, visitors enjoyed pork, sauerkraut and potato porridge in the traditional Sauschen-Essen. The season promises to be exciting, with numerous appearances, starting on January 6th with the mask dust!
