The clinic staff found the child in a stroller on Sunday, October 27, around 6:10 a.m. and immediately alerted the police. The police found that the child was parked there between October 26th at 11:00 p.m. and October 27th at 6:00 a.m. Despite the dramatic circumstances, the child was in a relatively good state of health than was found. The clinic staff took care of the child until the youth welfare office arrived.
