René Hähnlein in the Bundestag: an application for Coburg and Kronach!
The political landscape in Bavaria gets a fresh wind! The Alliance Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW) has set up its state list for the upcoming Bundestag elections and set two prominent candidates. René Hähnlein, the Coburg City Council and the state manager of BSW Bayern, was nominated for the promising list position. Hähnlein, who contributed to the Alliance in January, stands for a policy that, among other things, demands a "reasonable migration policy" and economic promotion of domestic industry, such as sueddeutsche.de emphasized.
With a clear focus on the challenges that the Ukraine conflict brings with it, BSW plans to lead an election campaign that focuses on peace and social justice. Klaus Ernst raises the voice against weapon exports and demands more investments in the education system instead of expenses for the military. Like the Federal Association, the BSW in Bavaria is pursuing the goal of getting through the 5 percent hurdle and thus being represented in the Bundestag.
