Irsee, Deutschland - The plans for a new mountain bike park in Irsee take on more concrete forms. About two years ago, committed parents, including Wolfgang Satzger, Matthias Jorda and Klaus Hocker, presented their children's wish for a bike park in the market council. The Irsee Markt then found a suitable area under the development plan "Am Brühlbach Süd", which is now to be used for this purpose. In the meantime, a department for mountain biking has also been founded in TSV Irsee to officially establish this sport, such as the Allgäuer Zeitung reported.

These funds are to be used to create a natural trail with a jumpline and a lounge area with benches, tables and other facilities. Mayor Andreas Lieb emphasized the need to include the concerns of the residents in terms of noise and lack of toilets in the further planning. This will be discussed in the upcoming municipal council meetings, such as the Merkur reported.
