Clinic Nuremberg

Revolution in surgery! The Manfred Roth Foundation from Fürth laid the foundation stone for a state-of-the-art 3D laboratory at the Nuremberg Clinic with a generous donation of 20,000 euros. This innovative project is realized in the Clinic for Plastic, Restoring and Hand Surgery and promises to raise the surgical precision to a new level.

The center of the new laboratory is a scanner that depicts body surfaces three-dimensional, and a 3D printer that can produce tailor-made anatomy models and medical products. These groundbreaking technologies are not only important for complex interventions, but will also be used in the pediatric surgery of the clinic. The goal? To increase the security and accuracy of surgical interventions considerably!

A look into the future of medicine

The digital applications that are introduced as part of this project require further investments, but the first steps have already been taken. With this initiative, the Manfred Roth Foundation shows how important the support of innovative medical technologies is. The anticipation on the positive effects of these developments is great and patients can look forward to a new era of surgery!
