Neuburg's youth parliament starts powerfully into the 10th term!

The youth parliament (Jupa) Neuburg starts its tenth term full of energy! After an exciting closed conference in the house in the moss, there was only one thing in the end: "Thumbs up" for the new ideas and plans that the 16 committed youth parliamentarians from Neuburg formed. In their first meeting for the term of office 2024 to 2026, the young people came together, full of enthusiasm, to prepare for their future projects.

new elections and versatile participants

youth officer Roland Habermeier (CSU) is particularly pleased that all places in parliament were filled in the new elections in July. "With an exciting age range of 13 to 18 years, students, trainees and students are represented," he reports. The Jupa thus reflects a lively cross -section of the youth culture in Ottheinrichstadt.

In this first meeting, the focus was on getting to know each other. Under the lively moderation of Tanja Kolb, the day passed as if in a flash. The members of the youth parliament already collected the first ideas for future projects to enrich the city. The next exciting date is already clear: On Saturday, October 26, a pumpkin carving together with the senior advisory board will take place on Schrannenplatz. Who can hardly expect what the young creative people will think?
