The quality of the wines is increased by high stick densities per hectare and careful deciduous care. White wines are fermented and expanded in the stainless steel tank, while the red wines experience gentle and manual processing, including long corn fermentation and a spontaneous biological acid degradation. The annual production amounts to around 18,000 bottles of wine, supplemented by products such as grape juice and bottle -fermented sparkling wine.
