Miltenberger Realschule receives career choice for innovative projects

Miltenberg, Deutschland - A radiant success for the Johannes Hartung-Realschule Miltenberg! This school will be awarded the coveted career choice seal this year, for the very first time! The jury convinced its innovative concepts for career orientation, including an electoral subject of robotics, an internal professional information with around 40 regional companies and exciting technology rally. At a festive event in Nuremberg, the award is ceremoniously presented today, and the Miltenberg Realschule is one of the 69 schools that are honored throughout Bavaria.

The Bavarian Minister of Culture Anna Stolz emphasizes the importance of the career choice seal: "It is important that schools offer its students a variety of offers for professional orientation. In times of the shortage of skilled workers, it is crucial that young people are well prepared for their professional future." Bertram Brossardt, General Manager of the VBW - Association of Bavarian Economy e. V., adds: "Our companies are dependent on well -qualified offspring. The close cooperation between schools and companies is the key to bring the reality of the labor market closer to the students."

Various offers for career orientation

The headmistress Silke Bundschuh emphasizes that the Johannes Hartung Realschule has been attaching great importance to the professional preparation of its students for years. "We want our students to recognize their strengths and interests at an early stage to bring them into their professional decision -making process," she explains. The annual professional information, operating exploration and social internships offer the students valuable insights into different professional fields. The voting subject robotics promotes the creativity and technical skills of the students by building their own robots with Lego-Mindstorm-NXT components.

The jury, consisting of over 200 volunteers, made the decision which schools receive the award. Of the 69 award -winning schools, 36 are certified for the first time, which further increases the quality of professional orientation in Bavaria. The career choice seal is a pioneering project that supports schools to offer their students an excellent professional orientation and thus set the course for a successful professional future.
