An unforgettable evening in the Waitzingen cellar in Miesbach! Theresia Benda-Pelzer, the celebrated actress, delighted the audience with her “role exchange” program and received standing ovation. On the occasion of her 50th anniversary of the stage, she presented an evening full of surprises, which began with a humorous entry into wool socks. The journey through its moving theater life began in the Miesbach secondary school, where her passion for the stage was sparked. From the beginning of the theater group of the Schlossbergler Valley to unforgettable roles, as the dying farmer in "Die Nothekte", Benda-Pelzer showed her acting skills. With a charming change between scenes, stories and musical accompaniment by Steffi Baier and Roland Metzner, she kept the audience in suspense. Benda-Pelzer told of the peculiarities of the various stages, from sausages in Valley to gummy bears in Holzkirchen. But more serious topics were also discussed: she spoke about the challenges for older actresses and the discrimination she experienced. "I feel so undotic and discriminated against," she confessed and wished to be able to play passionate roles again.

After a short break, she surprised the audience with the announcement of a new project for 2025.
