Forsthaus Valepp shines after renovation: Manuel Neuer receives monument protection award!

Valepp, Deutschland - A long -term dispute over the renovation of the Valepp Forsthaus in the picturesque Mangfall Mountains has finally come to an end! After intensive discussions and the fear of conservationists that the historical place could be transformed into a luxury excursion destination, the forest house has now been successfully renovated and awarded the Miesbach district protection award. This award not only recognizes the restoration, but also the return of the forest house to society.

Manuel Neuer and Johannes Rabl: A strong duo

The award ceremony took place in the Tegernsee monastery, where football star Manuel Neuer and host Johannes Rabl were honored for their heart. Neuer said: "I simply believe that this object deserves to be open to society again." The two were passionate about the fact that the 180 -year -old mountain inn is not revealed to decay. After eight years of vacancy, the Bavarian State Forests decided to choose the Duo Neuer/RAG as investors to bring the traditional inn back to life.

At the award ceremony, district architect Christian Boiger emphasized how successful the connection between traditional monument conservation and modern construction in the Forsthaus Valepp. Landtag President Ilse Aigner also emphasized the importance of monument preservation in Bavaria and made it clear that monuments not only have to be preserved but also used. The monument protection award, which is awarded annually, is not endowed with money, but the winners receive a bottle of wine and a small Bavarian ceramic lion.

In addition, Lasse was honored for securing the Hohenwaldeck castle ruin, which can now be visited again after four years of closure.
