Kronach, Deutschland - A fresh Wind blows through the volunteer scene in the Kronach district! At the youth prize, which took place under the motto "Welcome to the club - fresh wind for volunteering", three outstanding groups were awarded. The Evangelical Landjugend Unterrodach, the Kronach children's fire brigade and the Küpser Musikschule Küpser received 500 euros from the Sparkasse Kulmbach-Ludwigsstadt for their innovative projects. Markus Lieb from the Sparkasse presented the prizes and paid tribute to the impressive achievements of the award winners.

A special highlight was the "Open House" of the Küpser Musikschule, which attracted 50 children and adults and led to 40 new registrations! Sarah Gehring from the children's fire brigade enthusiastically reported a real boom in recent years. A QR code banner ensures that the activities of the children's fire brigades do not remain unnoticed at events. "We are happy about the great interest!" Says Gehring.

Not everything runs smoothly: There was a bitter disappointment in the new elections of the Kronach district youth ring. Nobody wanted to succeed Andy Fischer and the second chairman Philipp Wich! Instead, four assessors were chosen, which now lead the fortunes of the district youth ring. The German Civil Service Youth in Bavaria (DBJBB) also introduced itself and brings a breath of fresh air. The topics of youth and environmental policy as well as education are on the agenda.

District Administrator Klaus Löffler also announced positive news: A new home for youth work in Johann-Knoch-Gasse is about to complete. "We cleared a lot of stones out of the way," he explained optimistically. Voter turnout to the Kronach youth parliament is also a topic that deals with politics. Mayor Angela Hofmann emphasized the importance of involving young people more into political work. A position paper that addresses human dignity and democracy was lively discussed and accepted. A media mobile should also bring new offers directly to the young people.
