Kitzingen, Deutschland - An exciting competition day for the swimmers of the TV Marktheidenfeld in the Aqua Sole swimming pool in Kitzingen! The talented team recently competed in the exciting event of the TG Kitzingen, which offered an explosive combination of fun, popular sports fights, three-way competitions and sophisticated sprints for the coveted main post cups. This was not just a competition, it was a real festival of swimming art!
The focus was on the three -way battle, in which the athletes were moving in the disciplines, chest and freestyle started. The young swimmers of the 2015 and 2014 vintages had the challenge of mastering 50 meters, while the older age groups tried 100 meters. Lorenz Zapf provided an outstanding result, who won second place in 2014 with a great time of 2: 25.45 minutes. Lars Behr (born 2012) and Ronja Brehm (born 2010) also shone with first and second place and impressive times of 4: 57.83 minutes and 4: 23.65 minutes. A true spectacle!popular sports highlights
The taster team team provided further exciting moments. After intensive training sessions with coach Michael Stumm, Juna Dürrnagel and Ben Stegerwald (both born 2017) sniffed competition air and each took third place over 25 meters freestyle. The youngest participant, the 6 -year -old Lina Kitzing (born in 2018), shone in the discipline and secured an excellent second place and third place in the discipline legs with board. Anur Suljevic (born 2014) also achieved placements on the podium with third place over 50 meters freestyle and back. The latest member of the team, Nora Wurster (born 2010), made it to second place in mass sports despite the late registration over 50 meters back.
The fun squadron was the crowning Highlight of the day, in which over 30 seasons had to comply with their own time. Coach Michael Stumm and his swimmer Nora Wurster left the competition behind with a precise time of 1: 38.00 minutes and secured the victory! While some swimmers in the qualification runs over 100 meters were not able to qualify for the sprints for the main post trophies, the competition day overall was a great success for the swimmers and the trial course!
