Christmas magic in the Allgäu: All highlights of this Advent weekend!
Kempten (Allgäu), Deutschland - This third weekend in Advent in the Allgäu promises a special kind of experience! On Friday, December 13th, the Austrian punk rock band Turbobier rocks the chimney plant in Memmingen. As part of your “Nobel, the world goes to Tour II 2024”, they appear together with the band rear spoiler. The tickets cost 30 euros in advance and 35 euros at the box office. For musical fans there is the highly acclaimed piece "Elisabeth" in the Festival House Neuschwanstein in Füssen, which will be performed until Sunday, December 15th. The staging of the famous musical, which was premiered in Vienna in 1992, promises a magnificent experience with captivating singing and elaborate costumes. Admission begins at 59.90 euros, and the demonstration starts at 7 p.m. In addition, the play "Robberleiter" in the Kempten city theater captivates the audience: it deals with the friendship of two men who begins in the Allgäu and its band history. The performances take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., the tickets cost between 7.50 and 24 euros.
Christmas markets and special events
The Christmas markets in the Allgäu are also a big topic. From December 13th to 15th, markets will take place in many places, including the Bühler Seeweihnacht am Große Alpsee, the Buxheim village Christmas and the Christmas market in Oy-Mittelberg.
