The “Young Parents/Families” network at the Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry (AELF) has launched two captivating courses for November and December who deal with movement and nutrition during pregnancy. These free events are a unique opportunity to get valuable information and practical tips!
On Tuesday, November 26, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., sports scientist Lina Meese will give an interactive lecture in the Donum Vitae, Am Hofanger 15a, 87600 Kaufbeuren, which shows pregnant women how to integrate more exercise into their everyday life. There is not only theory here, but also practical exercises for an active and healthy pregnancy experience! Participation is free of charge, but the registration must be made by November 20, 2024, i.e. strike quickly!
