Jolinchenkids celebrates 10 years: fit and healthy in the daycare!
Kaufbeuren, Deutschland - The health program "Jolinchenkids - Fit and Healthy in the daycare" celebrated its tenth anniversary in a festive setting. This program initiated by the AOK has made a significant contribution to improved health education for children up to six years. Martina Zollitsch, health expert at the AOK Kaufbeuren-Ostallgäu, emphasized that 2840 children from 45 facilities were accompanied by the program in the region. All over Bavaria, 126,670 kindergarten children and their parents have been able to benefit from "Jolinchenkids", which illustrates the importance and reach of this initiative.
"Jolinchen", the happy dragon child, acts as a motivating figure that enriches everyday life. Through playful activities, the children experience the joy of movement and healthy nutrition. Another central concern is to promote psychological well -being to strengthen the resilience of the little ones.
a special anniversary with music
On the occasion of the anniversary, a birthday song was composed that takes up the philosophy of "Jolinchenkids". This song should not only be used in the kindergartens, but can also be sung at the children's birthday parties. "It is easy to use the name of the birthday child, and the song will be very personal," explains Zollitsch.
However, the program goes far beyond the imparting of knowledge to children. The training and health of the educators is also a central point. Special workshops and advice are provided that help the specialists to promote their own physical and mental well -being. The involvement of the parents plays an important role in order to implement the learned content in a sustainable manner even in everyday family life.
The AOK Kaufbeuren-Ostallgäu bears the complete costs for the program, which means that the kindergartens do not incur financial burdens. This initiative remains a shining example of successful measures to promote child health in Bavaria.
