36-year-old in Munich: Without a ticket and caught with stolen scooter!
München, Deutschland - Munich (ots)
A 36-year-old man caused a sensation on October 23 when he drove without a valid ticket on the train from Ingolstadt to Munich. The stranger, who is known as homeless, not only forgot his ticket, but also a stolen electric scooter. At around 3:30 p.m., the Federal Police Inspection Munich was alerted by a train attendant who discovered the passenger without a ticket. During the subsequent check in the police station, things turned out to be even worse.
In the review of the e-scooter, it turned out that the vehicle, with a vehicle identification number, did not belong to it. The scooter was the property of a 50-year-old man from Ingolstadt, who had already noticed the loss of his roller secured with the castle. But that's not all: During a search of the Hungary, the police found a fare revenue from Deutsche Bahn from the same day, which confirmed that he had previously driven from Munich to Ingolstadt without a valid ticket.
The legal consequences
After consulting the public prosecutor, it was decided to released the man after a deliverer. But his criminal acts have not remained without consequences: he was reported for the extent of performance and particularly heavy theft. The case of the stolen scooter is now being processed by the police of the Free State of Bavaria. A real crime drama that shows how some do not learn from their mistakes!
