The beginning of the festival was delayed somewhat by the weather god. At 2 p.m., a sudden rain shower opened the locks of the sky, which led to delays in the pageants. However, this had no effect on the good mood of the children from the Haßfurt kindergartens, who took part in the parade with a lot of enthusiasm.

The French specialties were also a highlight of the festival this year. Master baker Jérôme Gonnet brought fresh baguettes and croissants from pierrelatte, which were prepared directly on site in a Haßfurt bakery.
The street festival also offered a variety of entertainment options. From dance performances to magic shows to oriental belly dance - the program was varied. A fire show by Gauklern caused additional astonishment among the festival visitors. The different stages were filled with music groups and soloists who captivated people and created a happy mood.
