Balkan delicacies in the Wallgau house: reopening enthusiastic guests!

In the picturesque Wallgau, the new tenant duo in the guest house has entered the stage and immediately caused a sensation! On the premiere day, almost 100 guests flocked to the rustic Bavarian parlor, and Mayor Bastian Eiter was thrilled: "There were really a lot of people there." Uros Skrinar, who greeted the visitors in traditional Oberkrainer costume, has been at the helm since November 1st with Emil Stankov. You take over the guest's community-owned house and rely on an exciting mix of Balkan cuisine and Bavarian classics.

"So far it is going quite well," says Skrinar, a graduate wine sommelier and winegrowers from Slovenia. He succeeds Vladimir Karacic, who threw the towel after only one year. Together with Stankov, a Serbs, and Tomislav Djurinac, a Croatian, they bring a breath of fresh air and culinary diversity to the guest's house. Guests can look forward to delicious Balkan specialties, but also to a sunny lunch menu that attracts with Bavarian dishes such as soup and pork or veal roast.

a strong team for tourism

The guest's house is said to be open every day, which is of great importance for the Wallgau tourism site. Mayor Eiter, who marched up with a 50-liter barrel for reopening, is optimistic: "I have a very good feeling." The Reutberger brewery, which in the future does its drinks, also broadcast their best wishes by CEO August Maerz. The anticipation for thriving cooperation is noticeable and the new tenants are ready to enrich Wallgau with their Balkan grade!
