Ehrenbürg-Gymnasium: Students donate for needy families for Christmas!
A radiant example of solidarity and compassion: The students of the honorary office high school in Forchheim have impressively showed this year how important it is to stand up for others. With a lot of commitment, they collected a total of 896 euros for the “Christmas for everyone” campaign. This significant donation has now been accepted by Diana Könitzer, the representative of the Forchheim Child Protection Association. The children themselves made a contribution with their pocket money in order to prepare families and seniors in the region in need. It is noteworthy that this initiative was carried out without parental support and instead the students were motivated to donate independently for a good cause, such as wiesentbote.de . The teachers, including rector Susanne Schmidt, also promoted this project.
The goal of the action
The fundraising campaign "Christmas for everyone", organized by the district working group of the Forchheimer Welfare associations, has existed for many years and supports people with low incomes, especially families with children under the age of 18 and seniors aged 60 and over. The aim is to spread Christmas joy and enable the needy to have a contemplative time regardless of their financial situation. The Kinderschutzbund Forchheim is also committed to ensuring that children are strengthened and promoted in their development. These goals are not only important for the well-being of the individual children, but also for a fair and solidary coexistence in society, such as the Kinderschutzbund Forchheim illustrated.
If you want to make a contribution to this beautiful action yourself, you can do so by donating to the Sparkasse Forchheim account. The IBAN is DE17 7635 1040 0033 43, the BIC is Byladem1for. Every support is estimated to enable the people in need in Forchheim a Merry Christmas.
