Erding shows heart: Trisport-Verein collects 2000 euros for the needy!

Erding, Deutschland - A radiant example of community sense: The Trising Erding e.V. has also launched an impressive fundraising campaign this year, which will benefit the needy in Erding. In total, thanks to the “circulation” initiative, 1350 euros came together at the city triathlon. This sum is a result of the athletes' voluntary decision to round off their start fees, which makes a significant contribution to social projects. In addition, a raffle was held at the Christmas party of the association in early December, which brought in another 650 euros. These funds were then handed over to the Tafel Erding in the form of a donation of 120 kg of food, as to Ed-Live.de

The close cooperation between Trising Erding and the Erding Tafel ensures that the collected food and donations of money help people in the region who urgently need support. The association has often delivered food that is left in the city triathlon after the event. The Tafel Erding specializes in saving foods that would otherwise end up in the trash and thus ensures that they benefit the needy. A committed team of around a dozen employees works here every week to sort and prepare the donated foods so that they can be distributed the next day, as well as on trisport-erding.de

Simone Blumoser, a member of the board of the association, was proud of the members and their commitment. She emphasized the importance of supporting the Tafel Erding, which is of great concern for the club.
