Regional enjoyment despite autumn rain: Ebersberger Markt shines!

Despite the uncomfortable, cool autumn days, numerous citizens came to Grafing to celebrate the day of regional products. The event offered visitors the opportunity to find out about local specialties from a variety of exhibitors. The participants could not only collect interesting information, but also try various delicacies, including freshly baked wood -fired breads made of Grafing, regional honey from Kirchseeon and tasty cheese from Baiern.

A total of 13 exhibitors from the area took part in this special day. They not only presented their products, but also clarified their origin, processing and quality. The farmers' association, which clearly informed about agricultural production and circulation of cheese and meat, also played an important role. In addition, the "Ebersberger Land" association presented the "Our Land" brand, which brings several counties together to market regionally produced goods.

A highlight of the event was the honey showcase from Honig Höpler, which was particularly fascinated by the younger visitors. Children were able to observe up close how bees work and learn more about the remarkable world of insects. In addition to these early insights into nature, the Grafinggoesgreen initiative presented its work, which focuses on reducing disposable packaging. In addition, the start-up center Zamstarten offered support for local entrepreneurs and start-ups.

The district administrator Robert Niedergesäß and several members of the district council were also present and took the opportunity to talk to visitors and exhibitors. The importance of such action days emphasized: "Such conferences are great because they show the diversity of sustainable and regionally generated products that our district houses. Regional products not only strengthen the identity of our homeland, but also promote the added value and quality of life in our region." He emphasized how important committed entrepreneurs are, like Martin Gruber, who are passionate about local products in their shops

The lively participation and the interest of visitors illustrate how important a conscious purchase decision is for regional products. Such events not only promote the exchange between producers and consumers, but also strengthen local economy and community formation.
