During a search for an apartment at the end of 2022 in the middle district of Ebersberg, the police discovered a frightening amount of data carriers. The 61-year-old resident, an unemployed person, was found with an extensive collection of pornographic films and pictures. During the search, the officers secured about 1.8 terabytes of data.
The secured files were more than 1,500 pictures and videos that showed child and youth pornographic representations. The man had to answer to court on Tuesday after the police found in his possession of such illegal material that was downloaded via a peer-to-peer network, like the Süddeutsche Zeitung reported.
