New training network Nursing: Future for Dingolfing-Landau secured!

A revolutionary step for nursing training in Dingolfing-Landau was carried out today with the establishment of the training network nursing! Leading care facilities and the local nursing school have teamed up to redesign the future of nursing training. With the signing of the contract, a strong foundation is laid for innovative and flexible training that goes beyond the traditional limits of the district and makes the region even more attractive for aspiring nurses.

The training network, initiated by the GGSD nursing school in June 2023, was developed in close cooperation with practical institutions and future partners. Verena Eberl from Health Region Plus played a crucial role as a neutral moderator and accompanied the negotiations. "This merger bundles our resources and ensures practical training that meets the current and future requirements in the nursing sector," said Günther Heil from GGSD. From the year of training 2024/2025, generalist care training in the region is to be strengthened.

District Administrator Werner Bumeder emphasized the regional importance of the network: "With this network we create advantages for our nursing students and the institutions involved. The training is flexibly and practical, which means that our region considers committed nursing staff to be attractive." Uniform standards and remuneration rates in the training ensure high -quality training in all partner companies. Regular exchange rounds between the facilities guarantee optimal support for trainees and strengthen networking.

The signatories include well-known facilities such as the GGSD care school in Landau, the Mainkofen district clinic and the St. Vinzenz Alten- und Nursing Home. Interested institutions were also on site to find out about possible accessions. Susann Wagner from Nursing Training Fund Bayern GmbH inspired those present with a lecture on the opportunities of regional training associations. The founding event is only the beginning of a number of cooperations and projects that will further strengthen the training network. "We can accompany the trainees of more comprehensive and offer them valuable practical experience in various nursing areas," said Günther Heil.
