The villa, which was built in 1911, has had an eventful story. After the acquisition by the municipality, which originally wanted to expand the underground car park of the town hall, the building fell into a sad state. In 2022, the property was finally auctioned for 1.85 million euros. The new owners, Christian and Peter Schuster, who specialize in luxury properties, invested a lot of time and money in the restoration of the villa. "It was and is very important to me," says Christian Schuster and is satisfied with the result.

The renovation turned out to be challenging because many unexpected problems occurred. "In the past, a lot of scrapers have just been driven," explains Schuster. The original idea of ​​dividing the villa into several apartments was rejected, and instead the building was restored to its original condition. Despite the high costs and the failed plans to collect yourself, the villa remains a luxurious home with 357 square meters of living space, eleven rooms and two terraces.
