the dance floor shook while the "Hopfadefeife" and the "Woiperdinger" delighted the audience with rousing music. The cheerful sounds of well -known tavern songs encouraged the guests to loudly sing along. The Schuhplattler were also not neglected: whether at the "Haushamer", "Ammerser Plattler" or the folk dance "Kikariki", the traditional dances pulsed the mood at the climax. Even the eleven -year -old host boy Leo Pfündl and nine -year -old Selina Niedermeier were quick to present their own dance steps!
traditional festival with royal flair
The fact that the church consecration is important is also proven by visiting the Bavarian white sausage queen Elisabeth Schadl, who celebrated with her sister Franziska. The Kirta celebrations are reminiscent of a time when the Kirta was the most lavish festival of the year. In the small village, where the time seems to stand still, celebrations are celebrated with hearts and tradition kept alive.
