Altomünster, Deutschland - In Altomünster, 400 spectators experienced an evening full of musical highlights! The gymnasium turned into a breathtaking concert hall that captivated the visitors. Under the motto "Musical and film music", 60 talented singers and four soloists presented an unforgettable show, which was accompanied by a first -class band. The humorous conductor Franz Seitz-Götz led through the program and ensured a relaxed atmosphere.

The evening began with a spectacular appearance by soprano Manuela Hepp-Röck, who immediately captivated the audience with "Don’t Cry for Me Argentina" from "Evita". Their impressive performances from "Phantom of the Opera" and "Elisabeth" had the audience cheered. She was supported by 23-year-old Manuel Schwirtz, an up-and-coming singer and dancer who already celebrated success in “Jugend musicia”. Together they delighted with a medley from "King of the Lion" and "Jungle Book", which was loosened up by a humorous elephant parade.

a rousing final

After the break, the singers pulled through the audience in two rows, which impressively underlined the size and enthusiasm of the Altochor and the Hohenwart church choir. With sensitive accompaniment, the choir supported the soloists in hits like "O Happy Day" from "Sister Act" and invited the audience to sing along. The crowning glory was energetic melodies from Tina Turner's musical, in which the soloist Brigitte Wiedemann, known from "Voice of Germany", delighted the audience with their singing.

The thunderous applause at the end of the evening was the deserved reward for the artists. Mayor Michael Reiter, who acted as a patron, was impressed by the transformation of the gym and thanked everyone involved, including Manfred Indich for the lighting technology and Renate Abenthurn-Maurer for choreography. This spectacular concert evening ended with "Time to Say Goodbye", which will be remembered for a long time.
