Future theme care: Tiefenbach plans innovative care center!
In the last citizens' meeting of Tiefenbach, Mayor Ludwig Prögler informed the citizens about important projects on Monday evening, including the highly expected care center of Sonnenwohnbau GmbH. This is built in the immediate vicinity of the elementary school on Sonnenstrasse and comprises 20 supervised apartments, 45 care apartments and a senior flat share for 12 people. The total costs for this approximately 15 million euros are directly related to the growing need for care facilities in the region, such as both Prögler and the builders, Josef and Brigitte Eglseder. Prögler handed over that the construction was eagerly awaited and the conversations with the investors have so far been gratifying. The project could be an important enrichment for the general services in the community, reported the The integration of a dementia station that will offer individual care for residents in various disease stages is particularly innovative. This represents an answer to social change, which requires a departure from large retirement homes towards smaller, family solutions. This was also confirmed by Prögler and pointed out the lack of nurses who presented the operators with challenges. Nevertheless, there are sufficient incentives to win new talents, since the payment and work models are attractive, as Brigitte Eglseder explained. Further details on the progress of the project and information on the investment plans come from the official side of the municipality, which can be found, among other things, the PHP "> Community website. The positive development of the cultural offers was also emphasized, whereby the recently successfully carried out special exhibition by Katharina Gierlach was particularly worth mentioning in the Ludwig Gebhard Museum. Prögler spoke of a “direct hit” and announced that the museum will celebrate its 25th anniversary next year. The renovation and investment plans for the infrastructure, which already spent 55,000 euros for road maintenance this year, were also discussed. Despite the challenges that the broadband expansion brought with it, progress is visible, because the fiber optics will soon be put into operation, which will strengthen the digital networking of the community.
