In an impressive promotion, Justin Infantado (20), trainee was elected industrial clerk from Altenmarkt an der Alz, on October 25 as deputy district student spokesman for vocational schools in Upper Bavaria. At a meeting in the government of Upper Bavaria in Munich, around 50 student representatives made their votes, which gives this election a special importance. In his new role, Justin sees the opportunity to promote vocational training in Bavaria and to draw attention to the many open apprenticeships. "Almost 40,000 unoccupied apprenticeships in Bavaria! Here we can tackle together and make a difference," he emphasizes vigorously.
a new way for trainees
The newly elected deputy district student spokesman has striking goals: he wants to give vocational students a strong voice. Justin, who is also deputy chairman of the trainees and students Union Traunstein e.V., plans to improve communication between vocational schools, politics and companies. "Training not only offers valuable perspectives, but also actively helps to fight the shortage of skilled workers," he says. After graduating from high school, he deliberately decided for this form of training, which enables him to take responsibility early and to gain practical experience.
Justin's ambitious plan could mean a turn for the trainees in the entire Traunstein region and Berchtesgadener Land. This new representation is a real opportunity to address the concerns and ideas of the trainees on a broad level. Your voice is therefore much more audible and the possibility of better cooperation between schools and companies is created. The ambitions of the 20-year-old could be a significant movement in vocational training initial spark-and that is only the beginning!
