A significant change of weather shaped September 2023 in Germany, which flooded many regions with above -average rainfall. The German Weather Service (DWD) reports that the nationwide average precipitation amount with around 107 liters per square meter of 175 percent of the long -term average from 1961 to 1990 reached.
