Burglary to the Bad Reichenhall district office - police asks for clues!
In Bad Reichenhall, an unpleasant incident occurred: Unknowns broke into the district office between 4 and 7, 2024. A small safe was stolen with several hundred euros in cash. The criminal police have taken over the investigation and is now looking for information from the population.
On the morning of October 7th, employee traces of burglary found on the building on Salzburger Straße, whereupon the police were alerted. The officials found that the perpetrators entered through a lifted window where the driving license authority is located.

As reported in a press release from the Oberbayern South Police Headquarters, the perpetrators seemed to be particularly on safes. They broke a door to the vault and got to work on an estate. Fortunately, the large safe withstood the attempts, so that no driver's licenses or valuable documents were stolen. Nevertheless, the burglars took a small furniture safe with cash.

The police should report suspicious persons or vehicles between Friday, October 4, and Monday morning, October 7th.
