A milestone in German football: The Bavarian Football Association (BFV) has taken a courageous step towards inclusion with the appointment of Christoph Hertzsch as a trusted person for LGBTQI+! Hertzsch, 36 years old and from Munich, brings an abundance of experiences that he gained through his many years of work at the first gay football team, Team Munich. He is passionate about the rights of queer people in football and will now use his expertise to further advance the diversity and acceptance in the association.
