With the new, flat roof that replaces the old pointed roof, not only is it optically upgraded here. Five full floors will be available in the future, and the flexible Share desk jobs are the highlight of modern planning - a real step into the future of office design! In order to ensure sustainability, e-charging stations are also set up and a photovoltaic system with 40 kWP is installed. A real gain for the environment and the employees who are increasingly getting into the office by bike!

It is particularly noteworthy that disaster protection is given the highest priority in the course of the renovation. Signs of pandemic have illustrated urgency, which is why new, light -flooded rooms are created for the management group of disaster protection. "That was an imposition!" Says Bold, "the new windows not only bring light, but also hope in dark times." A transformer station with a network replacement system ensures that the administration remains capable of action in crisis situations - without empty times, and that is gold value!

With a total budget of 9.3 million euros, the general overhaul of the expansion building on Eisenstädter Square will be completed by July 2025. The participants, from architects to engineers, can look forward to excellent cooperation. Soon the extension will not only be functional, but also shine as a showcase project for modern and efficient administration!
