Chaos on the streets: accidents, injuries and witnesses wanted!
A dramatic afternoon in the Rhön! On November 15, 2024, an 18-year-old lost control of his Skoda in Euerdorf. After a dangerous slingshot maneuver, he flew over the embankment and landed in the Helios Hospital in Bad Kissingen with minor injuries. The damage to the vehicle? A proud 5000 euros! Another driver who saw what was happening in the rearview mirror can report a truly terrifying moment.
But that wasn't the only incident that day! In Oberthulba there was a crash at the Wittershäuser intersection around 10:30 a.m. when a 37-year-old Ford driver was overlooked by a 42-year-old truck driver while turning. The collision caused total damage of around 8,000 euros. The region's roads seem to be a dangerous place on this day!
Drunk driving and other incidents
In Bad Kissingen, a 33-year-old who was riding his e-scooter was checked by the police. The breath alcohol test showed an alarming 1.08 per mille! The officials forbade him to continue driving and took a blood sample. Another example of the dangers that lurk on the roads.
Police are also looking for witnesses to several incidents, including a damaged Skoda Ibiza that was scratched in a hotel parking lot and a wall that was hit in Garitz. In Burkardroth, an unknown driver left a damaged exterior mirror and ran away. The police are asking the public for information to find those responsible and make the streets safer!
