Badminton star Mark Lamsfuß inspires young people in Bad Kissingen!

A badminton event of the extra class! The badminton department of SC Bad Kissingen recently opened the doors of the Bayernhalle for a very special training with national player Mark Lamsfuß. The superstar, who won the European Championship in 2022 and prepared for the Olympics in Paris, shared his valuable experience with 28 enthusiastic young players, including ten from Bad Königshofen. The young talents could hardly wait to learn from the best German badminton player!

According to an energetic warm -up program, which Anne Jetschni and Niklas Krambo led, it went directly to various exercises to improve the impact technique and play tactics. Mark Lamsfuß, known for his sporting success and his likeable nature, was not just a coach, but a mentor that went from field to field and gave every single player individual tips. The atmosphere was electrifying and the young people sucked up every word and movement of the champion!

After the training session, the young players had the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about Lamsfuß ’impressive career, his training routine and his sporting goals. The enthusiasm was tangible when he reported on his experiences at international tournaments and his passion for badminton. But that wasn't all! The non -profit association Kinderlachen e. V. also benefited from this event when those responsible for SC Bad Kissingen and BC Bad Königshofen Mark Lamsfuß presented a check for € 730 to support sick and needy children.
