Kühbacher brewery is planning a big party for integration in Maisach!

The Maisacher brewery faces a new chapter after Umberto took over the management of Beck-Peccoz. He has been head of the company for over half a year and is planning to consolidate the integration of the brewery into the Kühbach family company. A big festival in Maisach is intended for the Pentecost weekend in order to strengthen the cooperation and to be able to integrate the community.

Integration into the Kühbacher brewery is described as challenging, but there are already many new customers from the Fürstenfeldbruck, Landsberg, Starnberg and Munich counties. According to the latest developments, the uncertainties that have arisen from the bankruptcy of the Maisacher brewery seem to have been overcome. This is supported by the takeover of the company by the Kühbach brewery, which has decided to take over the business operations of the insolvent Maisacher brewery.

Details for takeover and integration

The Kühbach brewery has concluded a contract for the acquisition of the business company of the insolvent Brauerei Maisach GmbH, as Trendyone reported. The contract was signed with the insolvency administrator, lawyer Hanns Pöllmann. Talks between Umberto Freiherr von Beck-Peccoz and Martina Wieser-Sedlmayr, the owner of the Maisach brewery, led to a long-term cooperation of 25 years. The aim of this cooperation is to preserve the beer production on site.

The customers of the Maisach brewery can still get dark varieties such as Maisacher Perle, Maisacher Keller beer and robber Kneißl. At the same time, the range is gradually supplemented by 15 alcohol -free drinks from the Kühbach brewery. In addition, Kühbacher wheat beers should replace the previous range of wheat beer. The entire workforce of the Maisacher brewery is taken over by the Kühbach brewery, and there are additional positions as required.

The planned festival in Maisach will offer an important opportunity to give local associations the opportunity to sell food and fill up their health insurers. In addition, the festival acts as a replacement for the folk festival in Maisach, which was painted this year. The free beer without alcohol is also taken over to the Kühbacher range. The beers are filled in Kühbach, while the brow stays in Maisach, where the brewery system is to be renewed in the medium term.

Umberto Freiherr von Beck-Peccoz has already developed plans for smaller brewing kettles in order to achieve more flexibility in production. The Maisacher beer is recognized as a strong brand that goes back to the predecessor under Michael Schweinberger. The Kühbach brewery attaches great importance to quality, regionality, environmental protection and social commitment and has extensive experience in working with regional breweries, including cooperations with Pöttmes Schlossbrauerei, Scheyern monastery brewery and Thorbräu in Augsburg. This spatial proximity to the Maisach brewery underlines the advantages of cooperation, since Kühbach has grown in the Dachauer Land without having to penetrate the Sales area of Maisach.
