District championship of the juniors: Exciting duels in Bad Königshofen!

On January 9, 2025, the district championship of the juniors will take place in Bad Königshofen. The event comprises several age groups and promises exciting competitions. District league teams and local clubs are invited to show their skills and qualify for the Bavarian championship.

For the U15 juniors, the championship begins on Saturday at 9 a.m. In Group A, the teams of (SG) TSV Bad Königshofen, JFG Churfranken, SV Rapid 1948 Ebelsbach and TV Würzburg-Repperndorf compete against each other. Group B is made up of 1. FC 05 Schweinfurt, the Würzburger Kickers as defending champion, JFG Aschaffal and TSV Großbardorf. The semi -finals start from 12:10 p.m., the final is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. The winner qualifies for the Bavarian championship, which takes place in Bad Reichenhall on February 8th.

The U19 juniors start on the same day at 3 p.m. Here in group A the defending champion TSV Großbardorf, (SG) TSV Bad Königshofen, FC Sand and Würzburger FV compete against each other. Group B consists of (SG) 1. FC Fuchsstadt, (SG) SpVgg Hösbach-Bahnhof, (SG) Türkiyemspor SV-12 and FV 05 Helmstadt. The semi -finals for the U19 start from 6:10 p.m., and the final should take place around 7:05 p.m. The winner qualifies for the Bavarian championship on January 25th in Ebersdorf.

The tournament takes place on Sunday for the U13 juniors, starting at 9 a.m. The (SG) TSV Bad Königshofen contest the opening match against TSV Großbardorf. Other teams include the Würzburger Kickers, FT Schweinfurt and the JFG Kickers Bachgau. The semi -finals for the U13 start at 1:30 p.m., followed by the final at 2:13 p.m. The winner will qualify for the Bavarian championship on February 15th in Kaufering.

The U17 juniors compete on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Play in group A (SG) TSV 07 Bergrheinfeld, (SG) TSV Bad Königshofen, JFG Maindieeck Süd and JFG Team Spessart, while Group B (SG) FC Zell, (SG) SpVgg Hösbach-Bahnhof, Dreiberg Kickers and TSV Großbardorf exist. The semi -finals start at 6:40 p.m., the final at 7:15 p.m. The winner will compete in the Bavarian championship on February 1st in Hauzenberg.

The draw of the Bavarian final tournaments takes place live on the Instagram channel of the BFV.

Another highlight in the sports calendar is the Jobrad® Bavarian indoor championship of women, which will take place on February 1, 2025 in the sports hall of the Senefeld high school in Treuchtlingen. The DJK Fiegenstall acts as the organizer. Seven district winners and the host team take part in this competition. The defending champions, FC Ruderting, won the last championship in 2024 against TSV Schwaben Augsburg 2-0. The winner qualifies for the southern German indoor championship, which takes place on March 8, 2025 in Ehningen, Baden-Württemberg. The district finals take place at different locations and dates, including in Traunstein and Bogen.

For the Bavarian Indoor Championship 2025, the following dates are set for the district finals:
