Police invite you to the dialogue: Coffee with a cop enthusiastic Upper Palatinate!

An exciting year for the police in the Upper Palatinate! This year the police headquarters Upper Palatinate carried out the popular format "Coffee With A COP" three times, and the response was overwhelming. In Regensburg, Amberg and Weiden in the Upper Palatinate, citizens had the unique opportunity to talk to the officials with a cup of coffee. These events not only offered the opportunity to ask questions, but also to address personal concerns directly to the police.

In July, the first step was taken in a new direction when a pop-up store was opened in the Danube shopping center in Regensburg. This innovative concept not only brought exciting actions such as the "barbell bank challenge" and a visit to the police lexi, but also the first "Coffee with a cop" event. Interested citizens were able to chat with patrol officials and investigators from the criminal police and get rid of their questions. A real highlight that strengthens the connection between the police and the population!

The police inspection Regensburg South followed the example and invited the population to further informative meetings in the Fürst-Anselm-Park. With a hot drink, valuable tips on security issues in public space were given. The Amberg police inspections also joined the series in October and offered the citizens the opportunity to chat with the officials in a relaxed atmosphere. Whether traffic police, criminal police or patrol service - there was something for everyone!

The results of these conversations were clear: there is a great need for exchange. The citizens shared their concerns and questions, and the police took the opportunity to listen directly.
