Bernhard Langer: Hirschauer skiing runner wins at the Skiroller Marathon!

An incredible triumph for Bernhard Langer! The talented cross-country skier from Hirschau not only won his age group H51 at the spectacular Moorgrund Skiroße Marathon in Ruhla, but also secured the title of the German champion in the Skirozer Marathon! This is not just a victory, but a clear proof of its impressive form and preparation for the upcoming winter season.

In a demanding 10 kilometer round that had to go through the athletes four times, Langer stood out in the top group from the start. Despite the competition of significantly younger athletes, he held out until the end and triumphed in his age group. "I am pleased that I was able to build such a good shape over the summer and win these titles," the winner beamed after his impressive run. His outstanding achievements in the entire DSV ski roller series catapulted him to second place in the overall ranking of the men-a further proof of his skill!

A look at the future

But that's just the beginning! Langer plans to compete in numerous cross-country skiing races in the coming winter season, whereby the Masters races in the picturesque Kloster, Switzerland, queue as a season highlight. The Hirschauer Athlete knows that winter is at the door and it is ready to give everything. "For me it is now important to go well into the winter," said Langer, who starts the new season with fresh self -confidence and a title in his luggage.
